every installation. There is a 24/7
day support line and a nationwide technical
network to maintain & support the
CDMS system sold.
The Cloud musical consultant
will be in contact with you every month
to discuss the new music available that
might suite your venue. Cloud is also
very interested in Client requests for
music not in the database & while
we do guarantee to find every request
made, the requests are the controlling
factor for new music added.
Future
Advances
Once a Cloud client you will be entitled
to all future advances in software developments,
as long as you hardware is up to spec.
If not Cloud will offer hardware upgrade
path as an option for you to consider.
