YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, plainly.

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, business name and message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you’ve asked about.

How your enquiry reaches us

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Contact enquiries are processed by a Cloudflare Function and sent to our sales team through Resend. These providers may process information outside New Zealand. Please avoid including sensitive information in your message.

Protecting the form

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam. Turnstile processes technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to check that a submission is legitimate.

Video content

Our demonstration video is hosted on YouTube. The video player loads only when you choose to play it. YouTube may then process information about your visit under its own privacy policy.

Questions or requests

To ask about your personal information, request access or a correction, or raise a privacy concern, email sales@cloud.co.nz or call 0800 256 834.
